Meet Ewa (pronounced E-vuh), co-founder of KidBiz Hub. She brings her own real-world experience to coaching young entrepreneurs. As a small business owner of 14 years, she understands the challenges, risks and rewards of running one’s own business. She brings a degree in mass media education, four years of experience running youth business fairs and a passion for excellence to the communities she serves.  Ewa understands the critical nature of the fundamentals and how to encourage kids to put them to use. 

After years in public school, Ewa realized the bar was set too low, promoting conformity over potential.  Leveling up to homeschooling she found the power to promote individualized excellence in each of her daughters. Two years later she is amazed by the conversations, capabilities and results demonstrated by her daughters who now test at 2 1/2 to 5 levels beyond their grade.

Meet Darija (pronounced Dah-ree-yah), the dynamic force behind KidBiz Hub. With a background in graphic and web design, she has worked in the advertising industry for many years, serving as a creative director and collaborating with renowned brands. Her experience in branding, storytelling, and business strategy has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful venture. After stepping away from the corporate world, she embraced homeschooling, homesteading, and herbalism, blending her creative talents with a deep passion for education and self-sufficiency. Darija has a natural love for organization and a drive to create meaningful experiences, which makes her especially excited about bringing this program and the Youth Business Fair to the Gold Country. She envisions the fair as a vibrant, community-driven event where kids can gain hands-on business experience in a safe and supportive environment. By combining her design magic, love for nature, and commitment to nurturing young minds, she inspires the next generation to dream big, take bold steps, and turn their ideas into reality!
